Returns Policy

According to "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" consumers who purchase items from a business seller over the internet, where there is no face-to-face contact between the seller and the buyer before the contract is made, generally have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 working days. Buy it now listings on also include this provision. If you are returning something, under any circumstance the buyer must pay for return postage unless stated otherwise either here or in a message.

We adhere to the ‘Distance Selling regulations’. If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and advise us of the damage. We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be reimbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item, a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to yourself.

If you change your mind about the product, or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund, however you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us if it is in good condition. This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new - please contact us prior to returning an item to confirm it is acceptable.

We try to make sure the description of the item is 100% accurate. While describing the items, we use the information given on the product packages by the manufacturer. We hope that if you buy a product you will fine in line of our description. But if for any reason you don’t like it you may return the item for a full refund under these conditions

1) Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt

2) The item is undamaged and has everything that came with it originally. In case of a change of mind the product should not be unpacked and should reach us in the packaging in a condition that means we can resell it as new.

3) You must pay the postage cost to send it to us.

4) In the case of a product which is faulty or the wrong item is sent out then it is a different scenario and procedure, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item. We will be happy to issue a refund or exchange the item. We also pay for your return postage costs.


We guarantee we will post your order on the same working day, if the order is completed before 12:00pm and the next working day if it is completed after 12:00pm

Royal mail delivery guidelines are:

3 – 5 working days - Second Class

1 – 2 working day - First Class

On rare occasions, mail does get delayed as the post service is not perfect. If your mail does not arrive after 15 working days, it is classed as lost by Royal Mail. In this unfortunate case, buyers will have to make a claim lost item claim to the Post Office
